What is a seed-stage venture capital firm?

Seed-stage VC firms invest in early-stage startups, typically helping founders develop their business ideas, build their teams, and gain market traction before seeking further investment.

We focus on startups with innovative solutions, strong founding teams, and scalable business models.

Our typical investment ranges from $1,000.00 to $50,000.00, depending on the needs of the startup and the stage of the business.

We generally take an equity stake of less than 1% and up to 20%, ensuring alignment between our firm and the founders.

Our investment process typically takes seven (7) to fourteen (14) days, depending on the complexity of the opportunity and due diligence required.

We offer strategic guidance, industry connections, access to a network of advisors, mentorship, and support with go-to-market strategies, hiring, and follow-on funding.

We evaluate startups based on but not limited to:

– The strength and experience of the founding team.

– Market potential and scalability of the idea.

– Competitive differentiation.

– Traction achieved (e.g., users, revenue, product).

You can submit your pitch deck and other relevant materials through our website or reach out via one of our events. Please ensure your submission includes details on your team, market opportunity, product, and financials (if any).
